Day 1: Arrival & Speaker Showcase
Arrive in Phoenix and take your pre-arranged airport transfer to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Airport North, located just minutes from both the airport and the heart of the city. Once checked in, take time to settle in, refresh, or explore the local surroundings before the program begins. The hotel’s relaxed atmosphere and proximity to key venues make it an ideal base for the Summit experience ahead.
In the evening, connect with fellow Thought Council members and C-Suite leaders at a relaxed Speaker Showcase and Welcome Mixer held at The Bond-Phoenix. This opening night gathering sets the tone for our time ahead — informal, engaging, and designed to spark meaningful connection among like-minded peers. It’s the perfect introduction to the collaborative spirit that defines the Thought Council community.

Begin the day with breakfast before returning to The Bond-Phoenix for a morning of Think Tank sessions and cross-industry collaboration. After the morning sessions, you’ll transfer back to the hotel to collect your bags — offering one final opportunity to connect before departure. Airport transfers will depart from the hotel lobby every 30 minutes, ensuring you arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in time for your flight.
