Founded by entrepreneur and lifelong traveller Belinda Bradford, WE began with a bold idea: to create extraordinary travel experiences designed by women, for women. Frustrated by the lack of inspiring, high-quality options that reflected her own interests, Bel set out to build something new—a company that brought women together to explore the world on their own terms.
Today, that vision has evolved. From surf retreats to soulful escapes, team offsites to leadership summits, our experiences are designed to help everyone connect, grow and rediscover joy through travel.

Belinda Bradford
Founder & CEO
Belinda is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader. As the Founder of Surf Getaways and Woman Explore businesses, she's created unique and immersive travel experiences for women. With an extensive background in launching 'start ups', C-Suite, Marketing and Business Development, Belinda has a proven ability to convert visionary ideas into successful businesses that leverage new and emerging markets. With this ability she has been involved in the successful launch, scaling and exit of multiple businesses, the most recent selling for $67m. Woman Explore is her latest business venture, focused on enabling women to thrive in the ‘female economy’.
Serena Adams
Head of Destinations
As an avid adventure traveller with a passion for the ocean, Serena is a seasoned travel expert. As the Founder of Surf Getaways, she's built a career leveraging her expertise in community, mental health and disability support programs combined with her favourite activity, surfing. As a result she has been able to create a highly sort after customer management framework, which is at the heart of the Woman Explore business and is the core of our customer engagement model. Coupled with years of experience curating and delivering unique retreats for women, Serena excels in destination management, logistics and customer service.
Dinara Tagirova
Head of Marketing
Dinara is a global marketing strategist specialising in scaling premium, experience-led businesses across borders, industries, and cultures. With over 20 years of experience spanning FMCG, commercial real estate, marketing, hospitality, wellness, international events, and emerging ventures, she brings a strong commercial and strategic lens to brand growth. As Head of Marketing at Woman Explore, Dinara leads global positioning, market expansion strategy, and brand narrative across both individual and corporate retreat offerings, supporting Woman Explore’s presence and accessibility for purpose-driven businesses across the globe
Angela Goodridge
Business Platforms, Systems and Process Lead (Contract)
Angela is an experienced digital operations specialist with a strong background in business platforms, systems architecture, and process optimisation. She leads the design, implementation, and optimisation of core business systems that support marketing, sales, and operational delivery.
Angela focuses on building efficient, scalable workflows and automation that improve internal processes and customer experience. Her role ensures that Woman Explore’s platforms and systems are aligned, reliable, and able to support sustainable growth without unnecessary complexity.
