Founded by entrepreneur and lifelong traveller Belinda Bradford, Woman Explore began with a bold idea: to create extraordinary travel experiences designed by women, for women. Frustrated by the lack of high-quality, inspiring options tailored to her own interests, Bel built a new kind of company—one that brought women together to explore the world on their own terms.

Belinda Bradford
Founder & CEO
Belinda is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader. As the Founder of Surf Getaways and Woman Explore businesses, she's created unique and immersive travel experiences for women. With an extensive background in launching 'start ups', C-Suite, Marketing and Business Development, Belinda has a proven ability to convert visionary ideas into successful businesses that leverage new and emerging markets. With this ability she has been involved in the successful launch, scaling and exit of multiple businesses, the most recent selling for $67m. Woman Explore is her latest business venture, focused on enabling women to thrive in the ‘female economy’.
Angela Goodridge
Head of Marketing​
Angela is an accomplished digital marketing professional with a proven track record of success across B2C and B2B markets. With extensive experience in corporate and startup environments, she specialises in blending creativity, technology and strategic insight to deliver exceptional results. Angela’s expertise spans the entire marketing spectrum, from brand development and digital strategy to content creation and user experience design. Her ability to harness the latest digital technologies and creative trends ensures that Woman Explore continues to lead in crafting innovative and immersive travel experiences for women worldwide.
Serena Adams
Head of Destinations
As an avid adventure traveller with a passion for the ocean, Serena is a seasoned travel expert. As the Founder of Surf Getaways, she's built a career leveraging her expertise in community, mental health and disability support programs combined with her favourite activity, surfing. As a result she has been able to create a highly sort after customer management framework, which is at the heart of the Woman Explore business and is the core of our customer engagement model. Coupled with years of experience curating and delivering unique retreats for women, Serena excels in destination management, logistics and customer service.
