Founded by Belinda Bradford a serial entrepreneur and avid traveller, Woman Explore was created after she had tried for many years to find unique travel, activities and event options that she was interested in. With very few, if any quality options or proven providers for women, Woman Explore was born.

WE know there had to be a better way for women to enjoy travel experiences together. We know we all want to grow and learn from each other. We also want to have fun in cool and interesting destinations, without feeling intimated or overwhelmed by sometimes much younger or male dominated experiences. So, WE put together a team of talented and experienced women focused on providing quality travel, activities and events for women.
Our mission is to encourage women of any age to pursue their passion, build new friendships and engage with their adventurous side through fun, quality and safe experiences.

Founder & CEO
Belinda is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader in the travel industry. As the Founder of Surf Getaways and Woman Explore, she's created unique and immersive travel experiences for women. With an extensive background in marketing and consulting, Belinda has proven ability to drive business growth and engage customers.
Angela Goodridge
Marketing Director
An accomplished digital marketing professional, Angela brings a wealth of experience in both B2C and B2B landscapes, having thrived in the corporate arena and dynamic startups. With 15 years of expertise spanning the entire marketing spectrum, she integrates creativity, technology, and strategic insight to craft exceptional user experiences.
Serena Adams
Destination Director
An avid adventure traveller with a strong passion for the ocean, Serena is a distinguished Surf Coach and Co-Founder of Surf Getaways. Known for her expertise in tropical and beach-focused destinations, from Byron Bay to the Maldives and Morocco to Mexico she is often affectionately called 'the mermaid'.
