Stay in a King Standard or Queen Standard room at Hotel El Convento, a landmark boutique hotel located in the heart of Old San Juan. Originally a 17th-century Carmelite convent, the hotel blends historic character with refined comfort, offering an intimate and elegant setting for two focused days of leadership, connection, and strategic dialogue within a UNESCO World Heritage district.

Summit Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Connection
Arrive in San Juan, Puerto Rico and check into Hotel El Convento from 3:00 PM. Located in the heart of Old San Juan, the hotel offers a calm, historic setting to settle in, reset, and prepare for the Summit.
An optional pre-gathering meet-up begins at 2:00 PM, offering an informal opportunity for early arrivals to connect before the program begins.
In the early evening, join fellow attendees for the Welcome Mixer at Hotel El Convento. This session is designed to facilitate introductions, encourage meaningful connections, and set the tone for the Summit in a focused, high-trust environment. The evening concludes with informal networking and time to explore the surrounding Old San Juan area at your own pace.

Following a hosted lunch, the afternoon continues with focused working sessions and peer-level dialogue.
Later in the day, the group will take part in a curated cultural experience within Old San Juan, offering the opportunity to explore the city’s historic landmarks and heritage sites. This change of pace provides space for reflection and continued conversation in a setting deeply connected to the island’s history and character.
The day concludes with a hosted group dinner, allowing conversations to continue in a relaxed, social environment.

This Summit is designed for The Hero Club members and invited non-members, bringing together CEOs, founders, leaders, and investors in a high-trust, high-calibre environment. Participation is carefully curated to ensure meaningful dialogue, open exchange, and relationships grounded in integrity and impact.
Hero Club members receive a US$500 member benefit on the Summit registration.
Can I Bring a Guest With Me?

Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
You should fly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). It is the primary international airport serving San Juan and the closest major airport to Old San Juan and the Summit venue. Please note that airport transfers are not included, and attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
Can I Bring my Spouse or Partner?
