Summit Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Connection

Arrive in Phoenix and check into the Kimpton Hotel Palomar from 4:00pm. Take time to settle in, unwind, or explore the local area before the Summit begins. The afternoon is an opportunity to reset, disconnect from daily demands, and prepare for the days ahead.


In the early evening, join fellow members for the welcome mixer & fireside chat, hosted in collaboration with the C-SUITE NETWORK™ Thought Council. This relaxed gathering sets the tone for the Summit—welcoming, collaborative, and intentionally designed to spark conversation. 


Afterward, the group will attend a comedy show, offering a light and entertaining way to ease into the experience.

Day 2: Innovation & Leadership

Begin the day with breakfast before transferring to the Desert Financial meeting space, where the first full day of executive programming unfolds. The day closes with a relaxed group dinner, offering the chance to continue conversations in an informal setting.

The day concludes with a formal farewell dinner at Stockyards Steak House, featuring The Hero Club Pinning Ceremony—an important moment of recognition within the community.

Which Airport Should I Fly Into?

You should fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). It is the closest major airport to both the hotel and Summit venues. Please note that airport transfers are not included, and attendees are responsible for their own transport to and from the hotel.

Can I Bring a Guest With Me?
