Woman Explore take our duty of care to our customers very seriously and hence operate with global insurance companies and work with trusted partners who have the necessary experience and operate with all the required certification for their region and for specific services they provide the company.

 

Due to the number of customers and unique experiences of every individual customer, Woman Explore are however unable to guarantee that we are able to meet the specific requirements of every individual customers personal circumstances, should your travel plans be disrupted, you fall ill or incur injury on the way to, during or following your Woman Explore experience. We therefore need you to consider and then choose one of the following:

 

1. You agree to purchase Travel Insurance to ensure travel disruption and any illness or injury before departure, during the tour or on your return journey is covered and you can travel knowing you're protected.

2. You have your own existing medical insurance and will rely on its cover should you be injured or need medical care and understand you may not be eligible for any assistance should there be travel disruptions that cause issues with your ability to join the tour as planned. 

3. You prefer to not use any insurance and understand the implications and personal risk of travelling without any insurance that covers your personal health, potential for injury and any travel disruptions, or flight delays that could interfere with your ability to join the retreat as booked and any baggage or losses incurred as a result.
