Kristina recently sat down for an interview with our team, where she opened up about her journey. This journey began with her finding her calling in insurance, leading her to create the ACA Academy and her highly anticipated upcoming masterclass retreat.

From Uncertain Beginnings to Trusted Expert
Kristina admitted she didn’t always plan on working in insurance. Originally, she spent years as a temp, learning valuable skills. A part-time role in an agency—during the ACA rollouts—changed her career path completely. “I realized health insurance isn’t just for sick people. It changes lives,” she shared.
She witnessed this firsthand with clients. One client caught a serious illness early. Another could retire early because affordable healthcare finally felt within reach. Moments like these showed her the profound impact agents can have when they truly care.
A Passion for Training & Advocacy
As Kristina dug deeper into ACA policies, she noticed a significant gap. Many agents weren’t receiving proper training. “There are millions and millions of people without an agent. I want agents to feel equipped to help them,” she expressed.
This passion led her to found ACA Academy. The program is designed to help agents navigate the complexities of ACA policies and advocate effectively for their clients. “You can make an amazing living taking care of people,” she added.

This September, Kristina is bringing agents together for an intimate, hands-on masterclass in Milwaukee.
